All orders and transactions involving the use of your personal information are conducted on securely hosted pages protected with 256-bit security. When you submit information for the purpose of creating a listing, you can include instructions regarding contact information you do not want published, such as your personal phone number. This information will be kept on hand for the sole purpose of contacting you concerning your listing if necessary. The email address you include with your listing information is published with a protective measure that prevents it from being collected by spambots, yet still allows people browsing the Resource to use it to contact you.

We respect our subscribers. Any and all information collected when you subscribe to one of our mailing lists will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used without your consent. We are not an email marketing organization and will only send emails regarding the Southern Oregon Artists Resource which we think will be of interest to you based on the list to which you have subscribed.
