Our guild is part of a larger regional group, Mountain Stars Quilters Guild. Guests are welcome to join us-we specialize in fine appliqué and hand quilting, but all techniques are used and shared in our friendly meetings. We share our collection of quilts depicting Southern Oregon history at community events & quilt shows, and hold an Annual Quilt Show in July.

We're a local chapter of the Embroiderer's Guild of America, Greater Pacific Region, founded in 1993. Our members include all ages and skill levels. We meet on the 3rd Saturday of each month for friendship and stitching (see SOAR's calendar for more information). Members of other chapters and interested people are always welcome. We also hold workshops on particular techniques, along with other opportunities to learn.
