Ashland Art Center is an artists' support hub that fills its 9000 square feet to the brim with two fine art galleries, 19 private artist's studios, a Cooperative Clay Studio, Central Art Supply satellite store, Rowan Design and a Community Classroom for classes and meetings. Van Fleet, who paints intricate wood panels, has set up a gallery in his historic Talent home to show art created by local talent. Nationally recognized artists and Bell House co-founders David Lorenz Winston, a fine art photographer, and muralist Robert Beckmann hope to create a monthly art walk in tandem with Talent's Friday summer outdoor market to promote sales & and greater sense of community among artists.

Briscoe ArtWing is home to the Lithia Arts Guild, 15 artists, musicians and educators and their studios, and hosts several yearly events. We're a group of visual artists gathering on the grounds of the Jacksonville Museum, at the corner of 5th and C Streets, each Saturday through the summer months to exhibit our work from 9AM to 3PM. Sue Bennett is a classically trained artist who paints to express beauty. "My intent is to capture the heart of the subject and I get completely caught up in it." Her paintings have been included in over 45 exhibits around the nation. Steve Bennett joined Sue after many years of photography, now drawing and painting outdoor subjects with pastels and watercolor. "It is fun to have a new area of life unfold for me each day."
