Ashland Art Center is an artists' support hub that fills its 9000 square feet to the brim with two fine art galleries, 19 private artist's studios, a Cooperative Clay Studio, Central Art Supply satellite store, Rowan Design and a Community Classroom for classes and meetings. A unique combination of ceramic art studio and fine arts gallery focusing on art and design for the home. The studio, workplace of ceramic artist Sue Springer, features ongoing work in tile, murals and mosaics as well as sculpture and installations, and provides a home for workshops, demonstrations, films and interactive projects.
